Ranks should be based on bank money

I think somehow that could mess up a lot of stuff as irl there aren't a lot of rich and the whole community can't experience that. Those who choose to look rich and show off the symbols of having lots of money on like [M] for millionaire also take the risk of loosing huge sums of cash. If it would be based on bank account then it would look weird as everyone will be walking around with the signs of rich players, holding the symbols of [R] for Rich and above

It isn't safe. However thats part of the rp, you /choose/ to take the risk.

The bank plugin does not hook in with autorank so this isn't possible.

I don't like this, because people would be even faster to rankup than before due to not losing any money.

This simply isn't possible, and as I can see how it would be appealing to have your real rank though. Ever since the bank opened and you drop 3% it just hasn't be right with all the ranks.

Game functionalities are not limited to hooking; a plugin can always be modified to fit our needs, it's just not necessary some times.

But yeah, I guess you've got your answer. If you wish to have a rank's symbol, you will have to run the risk of losing money upon death.
