Hi, I am buying a apartment-compatible plot which is unused (without any building built on it). Because, I want to design and build my own building on that plot.
But, if your plot already has something inside, I can still buy it to build my own building ( as long as it is big enough )
If you have a smaller plot such as 50 x 50, you can still tell me about it. But optimally, I want something big enough for something like the picture below (made on another game) which I plan to build here.
