As some of you may know, GLX and Co. has opened it's doors with a really nice complex to sell for a competitive price. The company has started to gain experience, a cozy financial support, a number of investors and we even made a collaboration with the interior designers @Smilinq and twistedl0gic. The investment component is still in our options, but not for long since we'll soon be self-suficient. My offer is still valid, and upgraded: with your initial investment, we make sure that we gain at least 20% more that goes straight to your bank account, which means your return of investment is AT LEAST 20%. If you invest 150k, we make a contract saying that we'll pay you in a certain delay with a minimal amount of 180k. We also still are looking for:
-Real estate agents.

How will you sustain paying back a full 20% to all investors? That’s a whole ton of money. I would invest if I saw this wasn’t gonna fall, because in my opinion it may with the high rates. You’re selling to newbies right? This would theoretically make those prices about 40% larger than the original, which is too much for them

We are able to give back that much money to the investors by having the ROI rate lower, then upgrading it, giving us a financial backup. Also, what we need is a startup and not a long term investment; what I mean is that as soon as we get some money, we are able to run our business, even if we lose some. I know you're probably wondering how ot workes @CP42 , but until now, works like a charm.

So if i invested 5mil then id earn 1mil? Around how long would that be if i invested that much
That's exactly what it means. We weren't ready of having a such huge investment, so it would take a certain amount of time. We can discuss about it in game, if you wish.

But how can you substantially sell houses for over 50% more than normal (Assuming 20% goes to investors, and 30% goes to the company, and the other money goes to buying the house) Where will you get money to pay yourself, and where will you get money to buy new plots? This doesn't seem sustainable, as most plots already have houses on them (good or bad). But gl

After all my explanations, I feel like the business has changed a little. After seeing that nobody seemed interested in investing even for noobs, we decided to self substain. We bought a house, redecorated it, made a fresh new start and put it on re-sale. We are now kind of real estate agents and businessmen at the same time, but we still offer payment plans so it's noob friendly. We also rent houses, which is also noob friendly.
