You can press forgot password, and it would probably send a new password to your email. Did you migrate your account and made the 3 questions? If u did that they wouldn't be able to change the email of the account, but if you didn't migrate it they would be able to change it..

When did the migrate thing happen

I checked the help support stuff it said you only need to migrate if you made your acc on 2012 and before that but I made mine like 2014 I think

I think you may still need to get it migrated, but I’m not entirely sure

Also, Mojang Authentication servers may be down, so that is also another possibility
