Along with what Tiger says, Ciel has every right to ban you. First of all, he's staff and I've never seen him break any rules. Second of all WHO DARES TO INSULT KATE!!??

You really can't sue for a ban. You did an act against the rules, and the result was a ban. Hope you can understand how this is not an action I think you can sue for (or at least I think, correct me if I am wrong).
