2. What are your claims/accusations? He broke and entered, and refused to leave when I asked him. He keeps harassing me about getting my head, which I do not consent to giving him. He only left when Sebastiaan072 came. I have reason to believe that, like the last time he did this, he set at least 1 home and/or gang home on my property. Last time he messed up my cargo system, causing loss of profits and a general headache.

Last time all I wanted was the cobblestone he stole. This time, I ask that he actually gets punished, as he obviously has not learned any lesson and the insistent harassment about my head is a detriment to my time on this server when he's around.
Please wipe his homes, as that should both prevent him from coming back and also actually punish him for harassing me.
