Well I got it for 130K plus it's in the city

18x18 is a decent size. I would say the plot would be worth 65k max

I dont believe someone actually bought that, because I bought a well built mansion (h5) for like 120k and its near McDonalds and Wedding. Well mostly I traded it for a 100k mountain house and a 60k plot to get a mansion and 20k
