You should not disrespect the owners like that. If you were banned then it's probably with a reason. Staff does not have to give you items or money cause you were banned, even if it was a mistake. You shouldn't ask for an island either. If you feel that your ban wasn't right, you can make a ban appeal. This court case sounds as a joke to me, if so, you're wasting my time. Please do NOT make unnecessary court cases.
