Suing RothC for scam

I am suing @RothC for scamming me in a trade. RothC private messaged me saying: Paying 5k if you let me kill you. After I went, and let him kill me in this trade and I asked: What about that 5k? He responded saying: I lied. I was telling other players not to trust him when he said: Haha dont be giving me a bad name pal, followed up by: it will end nastily. He also added in the global chat claiming that he had said if I killed him, he would give 5k. Here is proof of the incidents in screenshots I took.

I needed 1 kill, the first kill for my new gang. Do you have proof of me not paying you? Do you have proof of me killing you?

Would be very nice of you, please comment on this court case when you paid him (with screenshot). Also, players can't have proof of you not paying him. And you kind a admitted to killing him, so we do have proof for that.
