Just to note there aren’t any rules to wild bases and I highly doubt that you can court case for selling bases, since theyre all free land. Bases aren’t properties of land or items, therefore if you sold something in wilds for example a spawner you found or a build you made in wilds, the assurance of getting your money is not guaranteed since its still free territory. If ever you plan to do deals concerning wilds, it would be best to do full in payments since down payments aren’t really beneficial when it comes to selling things in wilds.

I’m also going to mention he only has about 45k and no plots. I’ll check if he has any homes set

I'm not able to pay him really quick because I'm having issues with my time and school.
