What you did could have been seen as grief: leaving blocks randomly in the air and not attempting to clear them up afterwards. In the future please build a new house in /warp creative and get it transfered. Case closed with no action taken.

The city standards is up to @DarkMagicinY and I, a small house would not fit directly next to a massive sky scraper. Surroundings are always changing so they might have given the 11 block guideline when the surroundings were shprter. My apologies, but a new built will need to be created.

A plot may be called ‘house’ or ‘sky’ but it doesn’t mean the plot is required to be that height, it just needs to fit in with the surroundings

the house generally looks fine, try add a garden at the side/ back so it fits the plot better.
