I am not an expert in redstone or pistons, I just know a bit, but maybe you can try putting a block between the piston and the slimeblock, see if that works? Or just use the elevator with an iron block and a heavy weighted preasure plate?

You can build skyscrapers in area's with skyscrapers around it, so it won't look like a random high build in the middle of a neighbourhood with only houses. If you aren't sure if you build a skyscraper on your plot, you can always ask staff.

I understand what you mean, but revoking licenses won't stop people using their guns. Players are not going to buy licenses anymore cause licenses won't be worth the money --> More crimes happen. Also keeping track of all these criminals' strikes isn't really easy and needs an organisation.

I don't know if it's possible, but maybe you can add something like instagram or snapchat, so you can share pictures and selfies with your friends on an easy way. Maybe a calculator would be fun or a navigator.
