I like the property taxes idea but about how much tax would there be on each plot? Would larger plots have more taxes and smaller plots have smaller taxes or would they all be the same?

I see where you are going with this, but it would make this economy even worse and there already are player shops. Go to /warp mall. People tend to over price and have lower prices there anyways.
