I think you are forgetting the fact that a good majority of active players actually have over 1mil and would want to purchase an """"Island"""

The plot submarine is not an island ... islands are usually over 150x150 in size .... (also the plot 'submarine' was initially intended for a submarine ;) )

Region request submarine ??? If you are trying to add more apartment buildings, you can currently not get them regioned as there are too many in the city already.

I'm not accusing you of anything (I have no clue why you were banned), but generally anyone breaking the server rules is in no place to bargain. Eco wipes are pretty rare though, and I think you only lose all ur stuff when you are perm banned

This would be bad because it will devalue current islands .... you really think that every current island owner doesn't want their island to be a private island/empty island (maybe some exceptions). Introducing "private islands" will pretty much stop normal islands as whole, as players will only...
