First you need a plot in the city. Creative builds don't automatically make that house your home, you can just get the build MOVED to the plot. The process to get a build moved is fairly easy and link is here: http://mccities.com/forums/transfer-regioning-requests.70/

It's extremely tiny and over priced, here is what I suggest you do instead. Look for a plot for around 200-250k (I can help you out), and then hire an arch like SpookyEve or QueenMelone who are able to make nice/cute houses. Gl :P
