Make one giant apartment building only new players can use and start making another city/island in the wild for more plots because all plots will be taken eventually if you Make taxes most of the wealth will fall and the economy will be destroyed be are when deciding

I beleive the third idea would be best because property taxes will make it more complicated for all players also the third option because once they do find an actual house to live in there apartment is removed you can make a warp for this from the tutorial and make a large building to hold all...
