Reason for ban: Property Grief
Proof against the ban: I am breaking down a property I purchased, with full intentions of rebuilding and allocating the resources. I was unaware that this was against the rules, as I know griefing is but in the Plot/Property Rules it states we have a week of no changes if we do not meet criteria with a warning before a ban so I was under the impression I had at least a week to put up a house on the ground level. If this ban is uplifted I will prompt fix the issue and begin building a house on the plot, sorry to cause any issues.

That is if the current build doesn't meet city/building standards that you are given a week, you are not allowed to tear down any builds in city.
