Calling People out for saying rude things

Lately (today 5 minutes ago) the chat filled with hate messages toward @Coban @nibble @Heather and the whole staff team. They said things that were very rude such as "they are not doing enough" "the owners are doing nothing". This is just not true and this is coming from former staff also. I mean some of these people not calling you out by name made false youtube videos against McCities claiming horrible false things.

I have seen the staff doing 100 things at a time @Heather stays up till 5am to do transfers and people say this server is going down hill? The server owners are working their butts off trying to make this server fun. If you have complaints I would like to see you administate a server like the staff team does and see where you get.

Sorry i had to do this because half the stuff that is says is crazy

This is a message to everyone included:

Leave if you aren't interested in the server and where it is headed. Don't go on and break rules ruining the gameplay for other players that are on. I won't at all tolerate any of this and you will be removed permanently if I do see this. Feel free to trash us all we want outside of mccities but don't go on and spam stuff like that if you have nothing constructive to say.


What you are doing is simply immature and toxic. Either make a constructive post on the forum or don't complain at all without even trying anything.

First I dont want to kiss up to staff. I dont need them for anything i come on here to play and have a good time I am sorry that you guys feel this way about the server and you then blame me.

And the same people who made comments towards me are the same people making rude comments toward the server and staff. I dident make a private report because you needed to be called out for what you did. These people that are talking bad about the owners dont realize that the owners are the people who gave these people archs and staff.

Most off the old players were the one who started it and I don't blame them. So much new salty players ruin it and the old players have to go and live with these people forever. Regarding to staff, yes I can understand why many staff members left and I can see how people like fvhn and heather + owners could have a hard time handling it. People want to be staff helping players out and so did I but to realize how stressful it would be for some shows that being staff isn't always 100% chill. It's dealing with many players and like I said even the saltiest. No offense but what some of the people said was true but I wasn't on that time to see the whole thing. Many old players are getting banned. The sudden leave of a lot of staff. The sudden uprise of the corrupt police (some) not all. It dying in a way but most of the old players just really miss they're old friends. You can think staff is always nice but it's like a robot programmed that it's their duty to be a role model. I'm sure everyone has their inner anger but some can't hold it so they leave staff as the work is too stressful. I'm not siding with anyone on this but there are little staff on the server cus it's usually a 30 to 1 basis with 1 staff and at least 30 players, and staff can barely enjoy their time playing. We need more staff and yet staff should be treated like regular players that can enjoy and play on the server. Heather doesn't really stay like 24 hours plus 5 more. She plays a bit in the morning and afternoon. But she still works and usually works until like 2-3am then comes on to do some transferries. She still works and studies and has majority of her time on that. I honestly think we need the MINISTERS back. There use to be a lot but the only minister left is fvhn. Fvhn is also quite busy as te minister and like Kate said can't expect to throw most of everyone's garbage on them as they are also busy. I fear many of my staff friends will end up like Ciel and other staff that left, but I hope not to.

It's cute to see hypocrites ironically talking trash.
I will just get one point straight; since the beginning I only sought a peaceful, enjoyable environment for my staff and our players, you wouldn't believe how many times I revamped rebel elements from the server for that reason, it's really nothing more than one command that finishes it.

We really respect our player base and their age, so when someone starts destroying that gameplay feeling that I wish for our players to experience, believe me, I won't hesitate to get rid of them, and I have done that multiple times; our older players can gladly confirm that.

You are only damaging yourself by talking trash on the server like that. You are the one who will lose all those hours spent on the server, let alone the money, assets, new possible friendships just to name a few. But you know what I am going to lose? Nothing. Just one less toxic player, which in my eyes is one step closer for a peaceful environment.

And you know what else is funny? Seeing people complaining about the server is dying, while in reality; this is the best time McCities has seen since its launch (Set statistics you may or may not have access to + personal experience worth of years) -- Not to mention plans of expansion to becoming a large network and professional management.
