2. What are your claims/accusations? He is refusing to give back the money that was given to build my island after he disregarded my requests for the island and copied and pasted old builds onto it.
3. Any additional proof you can provide us? Basically, I hired DelicateBean to build my island, Sakurajima. I agreed to pay 300k, then 250k when it was finished. He was very cooperative at the start, showing me what he was going to do. However, when he began building the first house (just the start of it), I gave my opinion and told him the style that I wanted, as what he was building did not coincide with what I had planned. I sent him multiple screenshots of what I wanted, as you can see below. However, he ignored this, and continued building without doing what I had asked of him. He then proceeded to build the same thing, and copied and pasted a cave and the same house. At this point, I did not want him to continue building, and I asked for my money back and fired him. He will not give my 300k back, even though he did not listen to my requests and pasted in builds from 2 years ago, then lied about it, saying that he had worked hard on it and he deserved the money. He did not even show me the cave so I could approve it, I had to ask Sundae to look at it for me, and she deduced that it was copied and pasted using /co i. There is no reason that he should keep the 300k after he ignored what I said and continued building something that I said I did not want as soon as he began building it. He even demanded MORE money for changes, even though I caught him building it incorrectly from the start.
This was when I told him that it was not what I wanted.

There is absolutely no reason why he should keep the 300k even after he ignored what I said about the build, he continued to build what he wanted instead of listening to me, then demanded more money for changes.
