Over 6 months ago the companies my company Apple and Microsoft joined together to do surveys to measure the McCities economy. I still as an owner of a company in McCities, and a player would like to continue to get information on the economy and monitor trends. The original information can be found here: https://mccities.com/threads/mccities-economic-survey.5438/

So to continue to get up to date information and continue to monitor what is going on in the exact environment we play in every day I hope everyone who sees this completes the below survey: https://goo.gl/forms/iMUks7YttfRn7Gc93

All information is private and those who complete the survey will be compensated in game.

First, sorry if this is bumping but since the results are complete and people have been asking me about this here are the results:

This survey was taken from April 24, 2018-May 23, 2018

The full study started on September 16, 2018, and ended today May 23, 2018, so that means it lasted around 8 months which I think is a huge study on the McCities economy.

40 people took place in this study

September 2017 Results found:
On a scale of 1-10 10 being the most difficult, 86.8% of players said that it was a 5 or more meaning it was hard to get a plot
62.5% said they were better off one now than one month ago

May 2018
66.7% said that it was 5 or more difficulty getting a plot, miner was the largest server job, and 75% said they were better off than a month ago

The conclusion from this study is over the past 8 months, the server economy has grown and has gotten better. The exact causes of this were not determined in this specific study but some clues point to individual player economic practices and new Opportunites through players thanks to the staff.

Note: there were a lot more questions on the survey which that information is not relevant to the major points of the McCities economy.
