Unless it was it’s own vaccum and had no matter inside it. Then it quite literally would be empty. #glassesarehomanstoo
You can't create a vacuum without liquid reacting to the pressure change. Not to mention that it won't be a perfect vacuum either. :thinking:
Let's just say the cup is full.. with matter.
