I would like to suggest to add ATM's to common places or warps. The ATM's would be the same as the one in bank with signs for withdrawal and deposit but would not place the insurance sign there. I believe this would help the server as some people need to go back and forth from bank to shop when buying things as at least they would not always have to go to bank to get money and spending 50 dollars on warps all the time.
