Denied Landlord Request/Can't place on my region

I'd like to be made landlord of all the regions in the building, I believe there's 10. The apt names are in the lobby but I can post them here if needed.

Some player had the same problem as well. We tried breaking the whole old elevator and then some magic happened, it worked. Or maybe the elevator blocks are placed to far away from each other? Or are there any barriers above the Elevator, that might block it?

I had the building transferred, and I didn't put the elevators in because it'd cost more money. So it's just empty space and the apartments were regioned over where the iron blocks should be placed. So I "can't place blocks here."

The landlord request was accepted. As for the elevator issue, message Kiri on Skype the details the the situation (requested by him). Be sure to add more detail so he fully understands the situation and is able to assist accordingly.
