Magic Eye Of Ender Glitches

I was using my new magic eye of ender (i made a new 1 after what happened in my last post) when suddenly it lagged or something. After that, it just went poof up into the air and turned into a normal one. Also, after da restart I lost a shulker box containing A LOT of ores (all neatly put together in blocks) Please help

You do need screens for proof sorry. But again make it in the proper format. I am on the phone so cant link it but just look at big report and read the post saying bug report format.

Also server restarts can clear out items and stuff. Idk about your eye of ender tho.
