I paid Dutch $1500 for 20 diamonds as seen in the evidence above and only got $15 back claiming it was "interest."

Yes, it's only 1500 dollars but it is still someone who has scammed multiple people already and for this player, $1500 is a lot so taking back the money he scammed out of me seems to make sense.
