2. What are your claims/accusations? I gave DelicateBean $25,000 to furnish an apartment, which he didn't ever get a chance to do, and I've been asking him to give back the money as i ended up furnishing it myself, however, i've been ignored, and figured it would just be easier going on the forums rather than hassling directly. He states, he spent all the money on materials, however he still hadn't started the next day. He is still unwilling to pay me back and i just want my money back, as he cant prove he bought materials, and still hadn't started started at all. Other archs stated that you shouldn't be charged upfront, and i agree with this now. I just want my 25k back.
