2. What are your claims/accusations? They have not paid back a loan. They initially took out 100k, and we expect 120% of the original sum to be paid back. Our agreement was that the money would be paid back by August 11. Since they have not paid back the 100k within the time frame, we do require 30% interest (so they owe us 130k. )
