Hello. Just wanted to give the person who is doing the transfer some info so they can do their job easier. The House that I want transfer isn't actually blue, but has a lapis lazuli border around base. It is the grey home in between the other two gray buildings. Also, the main floor of the home is half slabs and goes below the part of the house that is visible from outside. There is no basement, just the three stories. Hope this helps.
