I didn't mean that BJJ uses a lot of physical power, but people who do BJJ can so easily twist you into a pretzel it's actually terrifying to wrestle some people.

BJJ is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I like it for way too many reasons xD
1: It's great for nerds cuz it uses leverage and you kind of have to out think your opponent.
2: You can defend yourself without hurting the other person
3: It's super effective (Navy SEALs, some of the most elite combatants in the world, train in it.)
4: You get to know lots of great people doing it
