balisky4 - problem with building. I own it, but am not the landlord.

I own the building. I dont know what happened to the building. There is one apartment, hotel-2, that i have to rent to use it. It is the only apartment to rent. I dont know what happened to the ability to rent the other apartments on the other floors. I have just renovated the buillding and would like:

1. To transfer the landlord from jelmerxl to me.
2. Be able to rent the apartments on the other floors.

I believe i have everything ready to go, including for rent signs.
