Ban appeals are created when:
1) The ban duration exceeds the one mentioned on the rules (Keep in mind offenses' severity may vary, so it's up to the staff member, but still can be overlooked if appealed)
2) Banned by a staff member for no proper reason, or one that is unclarified
3) Valid and solid excuse, and/or proof against a ban
- Being ignorant of a rule is your fault and does not help with cases. It's expected to be aware of the rules from the beginning.
- Lying in an appeal will automatically deny your case, and you will be restricted from appealing any further bans for a whole 1 month.
- If you are not directly related to the appeal, or can't help; don't reply. This includes off-topic posts, discussions, and pointless opinions. Doing so will most likely result in a warning on the forums. The decision is only up for staff members to decide on.
- If an appeal of yours is denied, creating any new one within a week's time will automatically get it denied, meaning if your first appeal was denied by a staff member, wait a week until you create a new one.
- Staff reserve the right to accept, deny or delete any of the appeals without prior notice, or given reasons.
