Denied Creative to City - Transfer/Apartment Region Request

The apartment building is the huge rainbow one. XD Aside from transferring the building, I also want to have each apartment regioned.

Apartment info:

• I would like to be made the landlord of the apartments.
• The apartment rent price should be $250/7 days.
• Apartment region prefix: sbi-# (Ex: sbi-1, sbi-2, etc.)
• There are 60 apartments (6 on each floor).
• Each apartment should have 2 rent signs — The rental signs for the apartments are located in the lobby (to the left and right of the entrance), as well as to the right of each door. Please replace the signs with the “sbi-x rent” text with the actual rent signs, and please don’t change the “Unit x” signs (to the left of each unit’s door).
• The outlines of each apartment can be found on the first apartment floor, layout's the same for the rest of the floors
• There’s also one basement floor.

Thanks for putting all the signs and the layout markers! However, we only region apartments that are at least (around) 8x8, 5x7 is a little too small. There's already a ton of unrented apartments and small ones aren't needed. You could make 4 apartments per floor instead, if you want.
