i have heard that scaming is allowd but i someon told me (laggynab)
That if someon opens a court case und he wins you gett banned



Is that real or do you just need to pay a fine

Scamming is allowed. But if you scam the wrong person they can take you to court and sue you. In the end if they win you have to pay a hefty fine.
