I Was Banned of the store?

So I have Been banned for charge back but they have been resolved. Now they were back in the summer time when it happend i just want to see if i have been ban from you guys or something please do get back to be as soon a possible.

Also can you explain a little. Are you banned from the server, the server store or buy craft as a whole (the site that's used to buy in game items) if it's the last one then you will need to contact the managers of Buycraft.
