Investing money/robbing investment center

It would be possible to create a place for players to insert money such as the bank but over time receive a percentage of what they have in their account. The downside of investing money is that criminals can rob the place you invest money into and you can lose all or a some of your money such as the bank if you do not have insurance. Thoughts and ideas would be great in the comments.

There used to be interest, but it became overpowered.

If implemented correctly it should not be overpowered.

Some players have millions and creating a plugin that slowly decreases the interest the more money in the bank just doesn't seem practical.
