Remove Mention system

The new mentioning system is too prone to spam is already pretty annoying as is. Within 5 secs of the server being back up with the mentioning system people were spamming people to annoy them on purpose. The particles get in the way, your screen is covered up and it gets in the way. On top of that the noise also annoying when people can spam it every 2-3 secs so ur repeatedly hearing it over and over if someone wanted you to. You can also annoy people with it while they are ignored which is horrible. Please remove it.

Its basically harassment. There should be an option to either disable it, or remove the words from the middle of the screen, the sounds, and the particle effects.

what if people spam it pernamently while ur trying to do cop duties. or just out of spite.
we just want a way to disable some of the features of it. or have an option to disable it completely.

Locking this its been fixed no more particles thingy
