5. Why do you want to be an architect? I love to help people build and i am able to work on anything that needs to be built, i am free all the time im online and im always looking for things to help out with in terms of building houses for players.

6. How would you contribute to community projects? I would make sure i get them finished in a timely manner and make sure it's to the player's liking. I have helped a lot of people build their buildings they wanted to be built for them.

The house you submitted is pretty futuristic and wouldn't fit in anywhere in the city. Try building more contemporary and traditional builds - that's usually what people hire for. For interior, try working on your use of space and color coordination. Build a few new houses with these tips in mind and reapply in two weeks, thank you Denied.
