/duty Glitch Lost Valuable Items

What you were doing before this occurred:
When I last logged of, I was in /duty and I had recently become a doctor. It then only displayed 'Doctor' before my name so asked Peppah to re-enroll me as a cop. At this point I was still in /duty and I think when I was re-enrolled this made the /duty inventory my normal inventory and ended up losing my Slime Leggings, Slime Boots and Lumber Axe. The re-enrollment may not have caused me to lose my items but I don't know what else could've.

I lost my Lumber Axe, my Slime Leggings and Slime Boots

Ive realised now that it might be a glitch with /duty after asking a few people, and if so, plz could you try and fix this, ty!

There! I managed 2 find a screenshot of me with my Slime Leggings and Slime Boots with the potion effects in the top-right hand corner to prove.

These are also some images of me with my Lumber Axe in my hotbar, although it is not the best evidence because It's not in my hand. I hope you can help me with this anyway and try and get my slime armour back atleast, ty.

Thank u for replying! it's a shame that Im unable to re-aquire my Lumber Axe but I suppose you can't do much with that evidence =( Although, if it is possible, would u be able to suggest someone who could help me get my stuff back?
