All loan contracts need to have a witness which can be either the Senior Manager or the Lawyer.
Loan Contract Format (all credit goes to redstonedesigner):
I, <name of borrower>, have agreed to borrow <amount of money borrowed> from OceanViewBank.
I consent to paying <loan repayment> per day at a <interest rate>% interest rate.
I understand that, if I breach this contract, I can be taken to court and I will be sued for 1.5 x the amount you loan.

Maximum amounts different ranks can loan:
Citizen: 60,000
Executive: 150,000
Rich: 250,000
