As a gang are we allowed to say that we wil attack a certain group, lets say for example a gang, can we say we will continously attack them out loud and ask people to come join and attack them or would that be harassing.

At times when I get pissed, I sometimes go enraged and start to send multiple groups of gangs to attack a certain target that pisses me off.

Would that be allowed?

Gang wars are allowed I believe, just don't continuously kill someone who doesn't want to participate.
