House Reviews?

This would be too hard to accomplish. I know we have dedicated arches and staff, but because of the versatility from resell it would be too hard. EnderPort also brought up a good point where it may offend players ....
Awesome Arch: hm I rate your house a 3, sell for 50k
Player: you are a bad arch, why do I listen to you, I love my house, you must be uncool!
Awesome Arch: you are the noob, i is pro. Listen to me
Player: I rage quit ...:
Basically what I’m trying to say is that this would restrict a huge part of the server. Players being able to set their own prices is kind of what makes his realistic. Anyways, if you are finding the houses to expensive, the best I can offer is to work more often for money (or try and negotiate)

That's like my first build ok the server! I was poor af, found a chest in the basement and found some sandstone and glass, and BAM! a81 now has a super ugly build! I need to rebuild, but need to find a spot to put all of my chests
Agreed. Players would start to become biased as well. I know, as an ex-arch, I would hate to have to do build reviews for everyone, and trust me, houses aren't always sold on resell...
