Suggestions for bob

Okay so, I know that Im not even close to getting all of the plots unregioned, but its good to start planning early. Since this is going to be a public island, I'd like suggestions on what I want to add to it, keep in mind this is going to be a tropical beach type island. I may even have multiple smaller islands around. Comment your ideas and suggestions on what I should add in bob. Also, keep in mind the region is 437x457

Maybe you could have beach mansions and beach houses built by arches around the edge of the island?

Maybe some displayed beach mansions/houses. And some resort with fountains, cottages etc..
