Most apartment buildings/complexes are a bit more expensive, but I am sure you can find something, especially if you aren't looking for a huge plot. I will warn you, apartments cannot be regioned in the city, so make sure the plot is on an island! Best of luck finding a plot

The city, either Cayman or NewCity (./warp city or ./warp bank) has too many apartments so they will not be made, or regioned, anymore. Hope that helps! Islands can still have them made/regioned if the person wants it!

As in adding a region, or apartment, or plot. Regioning is adding a plot or something to make it a buyable reason. Hope this answers your question!
