I own a apartment building and I want to know if its possible to unrent somone from your apartment building

You won’t be able to remove or “unrent” someone from their apartment

If they broke any of your rules on signs, you could POSSIBLY get the region removed from them. Or do you just want to remove a player?

Unless the server rules were broken in the apartment, I don’t believe they can remove them if so or get their regioned removed, but they can mail them

You are able to unregioned unrented apartments by asking higher staff, however unless a specific rule is broken or you have permission from the renter, you cannot control who and when people rent your apartments.
