Can You Make A Business and Get stock of your own business or no?

Stock is based on actual companies and to create your own fake company and register it on the stock market is nearly impossible and even if you do succeed, you will have committed a felony. It has to be registered with the IPO (which you aren't going to get past) and if it does go public, you will have committed fraud by owning a company that doesn't exist and artificially inflating its worth.
