Buying Islands

I'm looking for any sort of islands,, big small whatever just something that's not in the city on the water that I could buy /mail me in game

Islands are not worth 15m indeed
Whem the auction for ajland was, it sold for around 18m.
This may seem a lot but it considerably big, around 340x350 I believe maybe a bit smaller or bigger.

There quite many islands that are way smaller, 120x130, 180x150 etc

But here it comes, an island that is owned by a player and possibly selling but only for a good bid, is worth 20m+++
But once someone leaves and just puts their island up for auction, its worth is low, simply because its going to sell anyway, for 9m or 15m.

There are no islands smaller than 200x200 besides kremesville. Others are ‘island plots’ rejoined over another islands region, which gets confusing at times

Wait no, tucker77island is 180 on one side at least.
Also paradise is 130x150 or something along that line
I did huge research but got messy on remembering the numbers. Should have wrote them down :/

I doubt they are called island plots, id just name it Sub-Islands. They don’t go for 15mil for smaller ones, the one that nibble auctioned last december, highest was 10mil i think
