Buyable Apartments/Condos on islands

My suggestion is that island owners should be able to region apartments that are buyable. Why? Because it opens up a new market of fancy condos and apartments or even penthouses you can buy and would be a great addition to islands.

They should do that! Or build more buyable apartments in general, I feel like there is a shortage overall...

I mean it has a overall good impact I would agree but people are gonna end up saying were gonna make too much money out of it or something related to having a monopoly of apartment earnings

Exactly tho, one could go for like 30-80k depending on size and even more if bigger. And a building could fit almost a 100 units depending on size. Like if you had a 60x60 build really high building. If you can get atleast like 80 units for around 70k each.

Thats a good 5.6mil off one building which a mansion on that plot would only go for half of what the total earnigs are or even less than half. So i think they fear it might make people too rich i guess tho the idea is good.

Actually I think rentable huts and houses should just be the thing. Even if we limit the amount of money possibly made off the sell regions the resales can still go wild

More houses is what we need to decrease inflation.

but demand for houses atm is not really high. So it would not really work. Replacing houses is actually the way to go. So buying back a big chunck of houses and then replacing them at once.

But like demand for no rent apartments are high too, especially bigger ones than we have, as many people don’t want to live in rentable apartments but can’t afford houses... I was there once

We can have bigger apartments for rent. It was forbidden by staff and as death showed are worth wayy too much. So renting is the best option.

Well trump literally asks for this on islands. So possible yes.

This is the real problem. They just need higher quality standards on apartments in the city, charge money for region requests, and make the rent very low. This will create a demand for larger nice apartments and eventually force apartment owners to create higher quality apartments because the crappy ones won't get rented.
