As basically all of us know, there are many large and expensive plots around the server and around warps that are in complete disuse. For example, the building right on /warp city has been empty and half destroyed for more than a year and the google building down the street has been empty for just as long. All the apartment around the warp are worn down and mansions that surround the warp, like TypicalMansion, are owned by players that have not logged on for over a year; contrary to the 30 day policy. It would be really nice to see staff tighten up and regulate the servers rules so actually valuable and meaningful properties could find their way back onto the market and liven up the dead and old atmosphere of the server.

Exactly. It would be really nice to see this server recieve some TLC or at least be passed onto someone or a team that could provide what the server needs.

When i first joined the server, i thought nibble is a rich player hogging all the good plots

He also kept most for his plots and never put them on resell. His /as me littarily covers up the whole page

staff actually can and will sell nibble's plots, they have just been bussy with other issues at the moment,

also the typicalmansion you mentioned is owned by stan, the owner. So that mansion is not going anywhere any time soon

just wanted to let you guys know it's not as bad as it looks, but I do agree that some empty buildings could be regioned again and sold to the public.

Thanks for outlining what needs to be fixed. I will work on warning these plots. Also typical mansion is not sold since its owned by Many who is one of the owners.

Ah, makes sense. Thank you for the helpfulness . Also, do you know anything about all the unregioned apartments? A lot of the apartment spaces have the signs to be rented but like the region is gone so there is nothing to actually rent.

I don't find the rule perfect, because it limits the freedom of players if you make more rules about plots. And that's going into a left-winged direction.

I'm not saying to make more rules, just to enforce the ones already in place such as the 30 day limit and plots that are in disuse or are griefed/destroyed.

Well, but the 30 days limit will be too short. That's because there are people who are gone for more than a month, because it's either summer, they have a lot of studying, work or a long trip. Or if they are online, they might be busy with a lot of other stuff.

I think that this does raise an important issue. I believe nibble holds far too many plots. These plots should be put up for sale or for public auction.

They are being put on sale, also the current rule for inactivity is 45 days, I believe at some point during your trip you can afford to use minechat or just ask a friend to log in briefly. The 30 days rule thing applies for rented regions, as the maximum rent time you can stack up at any given time is 30 days.

as said that is the owners only house, this is 1 exception. This 1 house does not make a difference to the overall 'plot problem'

ok for people complaining about nibble hoarding plots. those are strictly because of plot rules being broken. plots from those banned from exploit. plots containing loot that players shouldn’t low ball from forsale. stop whining about it. if you check reselling they slowly become sold. as for typicalmansion many people have touched base on that but it’s a staff member. those plots don’t just get sold from demand. there are enough plots going around. also if you haven’t been around for awhile, nibble will hold auctions for islands and a few mansions. however the plots possessed by nibble are handled is not up to us. just be patient. the 45 day inactivity is much better than 60. 30 would be way too short of a time frame.

Pretty sure the staff does not take plots for just no reason. We use nibbles account to hold plots that are taken for violating plots rules. However, nibble has resigned and Faheem and the staff team handle violations.

It takes at the most 5 minutes to either clear the plot, destroy the chests, or rummage through them for contraband. Yes, there are plots for sale, but they are all the same generic 13x12 in the outskirts of the city; or an h(insert 1-400 here) plot. It just sucks that the guy who's running this server hardly ever logs on or has any idea about current events with the server anymore.
