Chests get replaced and so cleared when you transfer a new house onto the house. Itemframes keep the items. If you want to be sure, store your items in an apartment (lock the chest with signs) And move back in after the transfer :)

If you are permanantly banned your stuff can be taken from you, but in this case I think the house just went on auto-resale after 60 days of inactivity. I'm sorry but staff can't do anything for you, I guess you will have to start over :/ Just rent an apartment by doing /as find rent 1000...

We actually had that. And it didn't help at all only had bug reports as player trades were interviened with. Also if a player isn't neirby items they can't cause lagg as they are no rendered.

Use the right format ;) Also put them in a chest and gibe the cords. This way staff can easily replace them. Also next time as there are now 3 jr admins ask a jr admin in game? Works faster most of the time :)

You can /mail send (player) (message) in game if they are not online. But as you have money now you can maybe redo another region?

Always use 1.12.2 And maybe lower your chunks and put lighting visuals on low. These helped me at least very much
