Knowing this people wont likely sell their dream estate island since its an island and not likely to sell so hording it can, sell for a higher price, I already found a loophole to it, trust me theirs a loophole to almost anything

There are about 5 still alive, and 2 others close to being private

It would also be unfair to someone who hordes since they will get a lot of islands just by this, can it be like the initial only one per person but when bought from someone else u can have more than 1 of it

Like how wil u prevent hording it would also be unfair to put it on a random time of the day. Or could we possibly msg nibble or something like that.

And how will this benefit the current island owners at the moment so that they're islands wont be downgraded or island price value decrease.
